I am currently running catalina 10.15.4 on my macbook pro. All the photos on my phone are synced to iCloud, which i can verify on iCloud.com. However, for some reason, the photos app on my computer refuses to sync these photos automatically. What am I doing wrong?
MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15
First things to check:
Have you enabled iCloud Photos on your Mac?
Is your Mac signed into the same Apple ID as your phone?
What status is displayed below the counts of photos and videos at the bottom of All Photos? (For example, mine says "Updated Just Now".)
Photos won't automatically sync from iCloud to computer.
