owned app in iOS store, but not in Mac app store
Hi, the app is Machines at War 3, I own it on my iOS devices but I have to pay for it on the Mac App Store.
Its virtually the same app. do I have to buy it again?

Yes, as the Apps are for different operating systems. If the developer has created versions for several different operating systems, each version will usually require a separate purchase.
