Turn on Notifications for a website not listed in Websites in Safari Preferences.

For example, I visit The New York Times frequently every day. I don't receive notifications on my Mac from the Times. How do I turn on notifications for the newspaper in Safari? Thanks.

Have you checked the web site, including your account information, to see if you can set notifications there?
