iCloud for Win10 not installing

I keep getting this error message. I have done the suggested repair but it doesn't work.

This is on a Lenovo YOGA C930-13IKB Glass

Doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling all Apple software a number of times now. iCloud version 10.9.3 on an up-to-date Windows surface 6. All other elements of iCloud work, Drive, Photos, Bookmarks all work fine. Just the Outlook integration isn't working. I've even uninstalled the iCloud components in outlook. Started this week after a windows update on 4/15/2020, the 2020-04 Cumulative update for win 10 v. 1909 for x64 based systems.

It used to work but now nothing works. Documents aren’t synced either. Frustrating. Hope it’s fixed soon. I need my contacts in Outlook.
