Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that specific albums will not sync from your Mac to your iPhone using iTunes. I would be happy to help point you towards a resolution.
To start, could you tell us more about how the music was added to your Mac? Was it purchased from iTunes, imported from a CD, or did it come from another source? I would also like to have you check to see if any of the symbols or status icons shown in the resources below appear next to the albums that won't sync:
To help further isolate potential causes, you may also want to turn off automatic syncing for all content types except Music in iTunes. Select "Manually manage music, movies, and TV shows" under the Options section on the General tab:

Manually sync your iPhone with iTunes again, this time selecting only one of the songs or albums you're experiencing an issue with. Keep us posted on the results:
