I updated my Iphone 8 ios to 13.4.1, now i can not hear when I make or receive phone calls. The speaker button is grayed out when receiving or making calls. I can hear them with Airpods or any Bluetooth headphones. I have tried cycling power. Checked do not disturb, airplane mode, silent mode. This started immediately after update without me changing any settings.

Thank you for the quick reply. Unfortunately this did not correct my issue. Neither the mic, speaker, or speaker phone will work when making or receiving phone calls. Facetime does not work. Voice memos will not work as well. This all resulted after updating IOS to 13.4.1. Music still plays normally through the speaker, as well as videos.
Both links if states if it doesn't fix the issue to contact Apple support, so what did Apple support say when you contacted them about the issue?
Additionally I can not access SIRI via voice. I can not use voice dictation in messaging.

I am having the same problem. It is only since the latest update. Totally irritating.
Update to 13.5 same thing, have apple acknowledged this problem?
