macOS Catalina 10.15.4 problem: Language Accessory Pack: Microsoft Office 365

I am trying to install the language accessory pack in Microsoft Office 365 but get the following message:

You can't open the application "setuplanguagepack.x64.zh-cn_(1).exe" because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS.

It is the first time the the Office 365 administrator has seen this issue and thinks the problem is with the language pack being compatible with the current latest OS.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Thank you for your reply. Since I've upgraded, I can no longer use the phonetic guides in Microsoft Word. I am trying to display Pinyin above Chinese Script. Now, there is only one font available DengXing which does not display ruby text. I've tried to download different fonts in Font Book, such as Kaiti, but they won't download either. Support for East Asian Language does not seem to be available anymore. At least, I can't find it.

Thank you Etresoft. My problem was that I had no option East Asian Languages in Word Preferences and couldn't figure out how to get it. It turns out that Apple System Preferences Language & Region needs to be set to English (US) rather than English (UK) for East Asian Languages to be displayed as an option in Word. So now it's working. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
