I can’t seem to add any family members to my Apple music family subscription

Hi, I can’t seem to add any family members to my Apple music family subscription, when I try to add in settings, it takes me to Apple Music, which tells me I already have family sharing. I try to add family members in Apple Music, it takes me to settings and then the cycle continues. I’ve reset device and logged out
