Hi, I can’t seem to add any family members to my Apple music family subscription, when I try to add in settings, it takes me to Apple Music, which tells me I already have family sharing. I try to add family members in Apple Music, it takes me to settings and then the cycle continues. I’ve reset device and logged out

If you look at the screen shot you posted, under Shared Features, Apple Music is Off. If you have a family subscription, if you turn that on, you should be able to share.
If you already have Family Sharing set up and you got a Family Apple Music plan, they should automatically have access. From the article below.
If you already set up Family Sharing, everyone in your family group will automatically have access to Apple Music.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
Try signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restart the phone, and sign back in.
If you both have individual subscriptions, you need to cancel them, and get a family subscription if you want to share.
Yea, we have done that. It won’t let me Share to her
when you try to turn on Apple Music, it takes you to the app in order to subscribe, then tells you that you’ve already got it. Weird. I’ll try again tomorrow
