I recently sent my phone in to get repaired and I haven't heard back from Apple besides saying they have received my product. It has been 2 weeks and I didn't know how long it was supposed to take. Could someone help me?

You can contact Apple Support. However, this whole Covid-19 issue may have added additional time to the repair cycle of your iPhone, as Apple adapts to changes in staff or mandated home quarantine measures.
