How to get this hacker out of my account she cloned my phone and has access of my primary account she is a developer for apple and she is threatening to release intimate photos from my cloud how can I get this person out my cloud because she has cloned my phone and had access to my wireless network I can’t get her out

i think someone else has access to my icloud information and is trying to hack me. this morning i got a text from apple saying my icloud is being used to restore my photos into the iphone of mr. jack. i have no idea who that is. it was too early for me i still sleeping when i got it so i couldn’t intercept. i already changed my password but i want to make sure they don’t have my photos or access to anything else. please help

Someone stole my iCloud account and changed all of the log in information and I can’t access photos from years ago I tried to log into my iCloud (definitely the correct account, I confirmed multiple times with correspondence to and from other email addresses) and someone had changed the birthday and phone number associated with it so I can no longer access my old data or photos. This is highly distressing. This is regarding an iPhone I used to have and my MacBook Pro.
