Apple TV Gen 1 2 or 3?? old remote zoomed out

Hi I have tried the double tap and triple tap on the remote but I don’t have a touchpad and nothing is working. The screen is zoomed out that much that I can’t navigate to settings (I have tried) it was working perfectly yesterday but now I can’t use it al all unless I want to watch Star Wars 🙈 how can I unzoom on this remote. I’ve downloaded the tv app but can’t get on to settings on that at a lose so any help would be welcomed. Thanks

There should be an A-number for its model on the bottom of the device. From the top, the Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation) will look about the same, so look for other identifiers.

Unfortunately, I don’t know about zoom on the older models.

The recent models have zoom functionality as part of Accessibly features.
