iPad Pro 11 Lte 2018 KernelPanic and reboot

Hi everybody!

My iPad Pro 11 Lte 2018 starts randomly reboot :( In logs I found kernel panic report. See attached file.

I reset iPad and recover from backup - but its does not help.

So, nearest Apple Service is around 800 km from my location. Any advices? Hopefully its software error and I don't need service.

If your device continues to spontaneously reboot, you have two options to try in sequence.

The first is to ensure that you have either a current iCloud or iTunes backup of your device - then fully restore the iPad to factory settings:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184

This will completely erase and reset your iPad, install a fresh copy of the highest version of iOS/iPadOS supported by your device - then, optionally, restore your data from your backup.

If this doesn’t resolve the problem, your second option is to contact Apple Support for assistance. The Contact Support link is at top-right of this page.

It may be worthwile to force-restart your iPad as this often resolves unexpected or isolated issues.

  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On an iPad with Face ID: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
