Can someone help me with this... I was online yesterday and my phone froze. After 5 minutes it rebooted again and deactivated my Face ID feature. I went and tried to reset it and now it gives me an error message "Face ID is not Available". I did the force restart, I did the clear and erase all settings, and I just reset the phone to factory. Still not working!!
Any ideas from the smart once out there?

I had a conversation with tech support and they could not help. I am trying to figure it out prior to shipping it out.
If Face ID is not functioning and support could not assist. The only other thing you can try is this, If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support. If that is what support asked you to do and it did not help, then you need to send it in. There isn't anything else you can do as a user.
