Help!
I can’t seem to figure out how to get my contacts and messages on this phone from my older one. Someone help? Everything else from my phone is on here including my photos, but not those things.

For Contacts, if you were syncing Contacts with iCloud, have you gone to Settings/Your Name/iCloud, signed in with the same Apple ID, and turned Contacts syncing on? Allow time for the sync to complete.

If you go to iCloud.com/Contacts using a computer browser, do the contacts show there? If they do, try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off Contacts syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on. Allow time for syncing to occur.
Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?

I did the backup and I don’t think the last backup was too old, it was this year. I also don’t have any service? It’s showing me the little “No service” tab while my SIM card is already in.
That didn’t seem to work, I had already tried that :(
