Since iOS 13, my iPad 6 generation is having issues with games not playing, YouTube videos with sound only and in settings, I cannot find my apps or search bar. I have to restart my iPad every time this happens. Is there any solutions to fix these issues?

On the iPad Home screen, you invoke the iOS search bar by placing a finger somewhere approx center/middle of the iPad's screen/display ( NOT touching on an app icon or folder icon ) and swipe downward.
Have you tried a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
Your apps maybe on other Home pages.
On the iPad Home screen/page, have you tried sliding your finger to left to check other Home screens to see if your apps reside on other Home screen pages?
