Mail is not finding Trash or Junk folders

I recently did a clean install of High Sierra to an SSD and migrated my settings etc from the previous Sierra.

Since then every time I trash an email I get:

If I hit OK or return the email is trashed but not recoverable and not in Mail's trash folder.
