iPhone XR - Crooked display (inclined towards right) and Phone auto shuts down around 35 percent battery remaining

Dear Team,

Since yesterday I am observing that my iPhone XR display is reflecting crooked and is inclined on the right side..all icons reflecting in a slanting line...also from past 2 months my phone shuts down with 35 percent battery remaining..Please help..
