can't add music to my watch

when I go for running I don't wanna carry my phone so I wanted to add music to my apple watch. but when in watch app I try to add music I can't. when I select the downloaded music from iPhone. I doesn't sync and show in my apple watch please help.

Music on Apple Watch Everything I've looked up about listening to music on my Apple Watch says this, "On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, then tap the My Watch tab at the bottom of the screen. Scroll to Music and tap it." Sounds easy. However, when I open the Apple Watch app and tap on the My Watch tab, there is no Music to be found. I have scrolled up and down several times. There is no Music app listed. Can't add music to my watch I have personal music files installed on my iphone and they play fine with the phone. When I use the watch app and go to the music section and try to add a playlist to the watch to download, all of the songs in the playlist are greyed out and they won't load to the watch. It keeps saying can't connect to apple watch, make sure it's nearby and not in airplane mode, which it is not. Any ideas? I have already tried erasing all content and settings and the watch is running the latest software
