How do I get iPhone 13.3.1 connected to Ethernet connection? I purchased Apple Lighting to USB 3 Camera Adapter with power connected it to Insignia USB to Ethernet adapter and then connected it to Insignia cat-6 network cable. I’m unable to get internet when I turn on airplane mode.

You can start off by calling Insignia first then someone in the repair section to help solved your problem which you are having with the connection. OR you can wait until someone from this Apple discussion will solved your question and get a reply back soon.
As far as I know, a "camera adapter" only facilitates communications with a data storage device, like a thumb drive. For connection to an ethernet adapter, you would need to have an "iOS Lightning ethernet adapter".
Search for that device and you will be rewarded with many on-target responses. Good luck.
Thank you so much for the info! I called Apple and with their suggestion I purchased a Belkin Ethernet + Power Adapter with Lighting Connector. (to replace the Apple Lighting to USB 3 Camera Adapter with power and the Insignia USB to Ethernet adapter) I connected the Belkin to Insignia cat-6 network cable. Ta-da! It works!
