iPad screen

My iPad started this morning with a screwed up screen. There is no exterior damage and I tried restarting it. It still responds to any part of the screen. What do I do?

Call Apple Support and see what they suspect happened. They might ask for a backup and wipe and re-install and restore, but what you're showing looks like a hardware problem. You'll want the backup before sending the device in for repair in any case.
