My Could has some adware or malware and I don't know how to get rid of it
I recently posted on one of these threads that my Mac was having tons of issues with adware and malware inside my MacBook Pro. I had all my applications showing up as calendar.app etc here is a picture of it in my iCloud.
I really don't know what to do because if I get a new Apple ID then I risk losing everything I bought in the Mac store which includes final cut pro and many other applications I bought. Does anyone have any advice. Last thing I should mention- I decided to test this out by getting a BRAND NEW computer so NO I am not using my other previous MacBook Pro because I wanted to see what the problem could be.
Heres an etrecheck report I did, then I tried giving it full disk access but it had the name etrecheck.app instead of the apps name etrecheck.
