Touch ID

My touch ID is unable to activate. This has made it possible for the fingerprint to not function.

Any help for me

My device is iPhone 6s

Unable to activate touch id on this iPhone I am using my iphone 6s while its charging and thein i saw finger print and home button not working. Then i turn off my iphone and power on after 2 minutes.Then it shows (unable to activate touch id on this iphone) what i do i install iOS 13.5 also but my touch id is not working what i do now??i also do reset all settings but its not working . In settings touch ID and passcode add fingerprint option is grayed out what id do now please help me this iphone is life for me because my father gave me this iphone as a gift please help me its very precious for me

You might try contacting Apple Support.

Apple Support Contact.

Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat.

Thanks but it didn't work. The fingerprint section is off, meaning you cannot even place your finger for the touch id to configure. When I boot the phone, a notification will come like touch id is unable to activate.
