I can't reset my security questions on my apple i.d through iforgot.applecom website and I think there's an error , Can you help me about this one?

I already contacted and reached out my concern to the the apple support customer service and they said that they cannot change that one for me and for me to be able access and open my account again they said that I really need to try to remember the answers to those security questions and one more thing is that every time try to answer those questions which is I really forgot, there's only limited attempt to answer those questions that's why it's really hard to access my account. Is there any way to access again my account? thanks for your response and I'm hoping for your response soon as possible!
