Hi,

i have the following iphones:

iphone X

iphone. 7

iphone 5S

i have backups on my iCloud from both the iPhone X Andy the iPhone 7. Unfortunately I have damaged the screens of both the X and the 7. So I am having to use the iPhone 5S. I am trying to restore the most recent iCloud backup (iphone7) however it Ian telling me that it needs the iOS software 13..... when I check for software updates on my iPhone 5S is states that the latest software is updated which is 12.4.6.

this means I am unable to restore my phone and can literally not access any of the needed information.

is there something I can do? Please help.

Nope, you cannot restore from a backup made with a higher iOS version to an iPhone with lower iOS version.

If you have on iPhone X and iPhone 7 the

Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Contacts, Calendar, Notes, ...: ON

you will be able to see on the iPhone 5s provided you are using the same Apple ID.
