Billing Issues I had bought a subscription to Duolingo, however, the payment method has been declined. It says it was trying to use my phone (EE) to make the payment but could not. I am now unable to remove the phone as a payment method because it has an outstanding charge (duolingo), I cannot update it nor change it to my preferred method which works fine and has other subcriptions on. Payment method Guyz can u plzzz help me out i do have balance in my phone but when ever i go for purchases it says that ur perpaid amount is too low recharge it to do any purchases. Can u guyz plzzzz help ne out ?

iphone Order online did not work The iphone 12 purchase online at apple.com/in did not succeed but the amount is debited from my account and order is not created. Whom to contact to look in to this and provide some feedback to improve certain categories. Unfortunately customer care could not help much with their limitation. Also the Apple feedback section does not contain the category to report a sales issue. Please advise
