Hi all,
Suddenly my iphone xs screen is slightly unresponsive, neither my phone has contacted with water nor its dropped on any surface, i tried to hard reboot the phone plus i tried to factory reset through itunes still the result is same, and at this point of time all the service centres and apple stores are closed! Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated , Thankyou

If that doesn't help, let us know a bit more about the issue. Some helpful information about what's happening. For example, when you say slightly unresponsive, are you seeing certain apps not responding, specific sections of the display, or just that sometimes it doesn't respond?

Thankyou for your response, i tried all of the things earlier which you have suggested in the highlight, and yes slightly unresponsive means specific sections of the display is not responding.
