I would like to know if it is normal that Macbook pro 16 inch is getting very hot and fans became very noisy too while playing Apple Arcade games or others . I do play rarely as I really don't have time, but when I do the computer becomes very hot and noisy.
I have Macbook 16 inch 2019 with radeon 5300M as GPU

Game playing is hard work for any computer, especially for a notebook computer. It is expected behavior for the computer temperature to rise when playing games, especially graphics-intensive games.
Your Mac uses measured temperatures from multiple places inside to reset fan speeds several times a second. If fan speeds go up when temperatures are higher (resulting in audible fan noise) that is not a defect -- your Mac is working as expected.
If internal temperatures approach 100 C, your Mac is likely Not operating as designed, and you could experience an emergency power-off.

Thank you indeed for your quick reply, I followed the instructions mentioned in the link you sent to me and I noticed that when I play some Arcade games or others downloaded from App Store, the computer just jumps above 100% of CPU and 60% of GPU in the activity Monitor and becomes hot and noisy. Is it normal or should I have to check some GPU options or may be just stop playing games with Mac?
By the way, I applied the last macOS Update to make sure I have the last drivers.
