Alexa app not opening

My Alexa app will not open on my iPhone XR ever since the last update IOS 13.4.1?? I have tried resetting my phone and deleting app and reinstalling.

It's working fine on my iPhone with iOS 13.4.1. Have you Force Restarted your phone (something recommended after iOS updates)? Try this procedure --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Then you need to contact Amazon as I have four devices all running iOS 13.4.1 and none of them have any issue with the Alexa app.

Yes I have forced restated my phone. I also have deleted the app and reinstalled it.
