Buying an EU phone

Hi my dad is after an iPhone 11 and found one for a good price online but from abroad. I’ve done a bit of digging for him and emailed them for the model number to make sure it will work in the UK this is there reply.

Thanks for your interest. 

Unfortunately we don't know the exact model number. But to add more context so as to allow you to make an informed decision going forward, here's what you should know:

1) All the products we sell are brand new sealed with original packaging and accessories

2) Its true we source our products mainly from EU and non-EU suppliers so the version will be an EU or an international version. Both versions are compatible with the UK networks and unlocked for any network provider. As such, it will come with an EU 2-prone charger, but as a goodwill gesture we do include a 3-pin UK adapter inside the courier bag which is something we highlight on our FAQ page as well

3) Warranty coverage is no different and is with the manufacturers themselves. The phone has 1-year UK warranty with Apple. In an event of a fault, you will just go to the nearest Apple shop in your area.
