I can’t watch videos anywhere. Please help

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:

1. What videos are you not able to play? Videos taken with the camera on your iPhone? Videos in the TV app? Videos in a 3rd party app?
2. Does this happen on Wi-Fi and cellular data? Have you tried different networks?
3. What specific iOS version is installed on your iPhone?

Just Curious: Are you in a country other than where you purchased these? If so, then that would entail why. iTunes Library items are only playable in the country in which they were purchased.
