Macbook Pro keeps disconnecting from hotspot

Hello all,

I have an extremely frustrating problem, which I am experiencing only with my Macbook Pro.

I have an hotspot set up with my Samsung Galaxy s8 at which are connected an iMac, an iPad Pro and a Macbook. Of all the three devices, the MacBook is the only one which would struggle connecting to the hotspot.

Sometimes it would connect for literally 10 seconds, before disconnecting. Then I'll have to go and connect again and the same thing would happen again. Over and over again. Leaving it be, doesn't resolve the issue either since it will simply stay disconnected. In the meantime all my other devices will be connected with no issue.

I really hope someone here knows what's causing the problem and help me find a solution because sometimes I'll be trying to connect and staying connected for over an hour before giving up.

It usually occurs when I wake my laptop (aka when opening it), but it won't happen when it goes on sleep by itself.
