Regarding airpods connection problem

Hi everyone

Actually i am using airpods gen 2 with my IPhone xs max

But one of my airpod is not working properly from last few days. Sometimes it stops working . In my iPhone about section the serial number is shown as 1 and firmware version is shown as 2C54

I reset my airpods a lot of times ( by forgetting airpods and then pressing button until lights changes to amber......) but still it doesn’t works

I am using phone with latest version also

So is there anybody who can help me
