Wrong email and phone (my work info!) after adding card to Apple Pay

I have an Amazon Chase card I added to Apple Pay no problem. I just used it to pay for something online that allowed Apple Pay as an option. When Apple Pay on my iPad came up to verify by Touch ID, it showed the right card, but somehow had gotten my work phone and work email. When I added the card, there was no choice to choose email or phone, so I'm not sure how that got in there, or how to fix it. How do I fix this? I deleted the card, added it again, but there was no prompt to check that info. Also, now that the card is in there, I still don't see a place in setting to be able to tweak that. I went to the Amazon Chase website, and it infact shows the right info (personal email, personal phone) in the account settings. How to fix?

iPad mini, iOS 9

Yeah, the email address and phone number are not listed when you click the three dots, only the billing address. However after some more investigating I found that if you go into Wallet settings you can drill into each card and then when you see an email you can click it and get a list of other emails to associate to that card. Same thing for phone numbers. So I changed the email and the phone number for the card in question and got it all sorted out. What’s not clear though is why It shows my business email and business phone number kind of at random. It didn’t give me an option to set those when I created the card. Obviously it should ask me if it has a choice it shows my business email and business phone number kind of at random. It didn’t give me an option to set those when I created the card. Obviously it should ask me if it has a choice.
