Airpods 1 Disconnecting

I purchased airpods, but there is an issue with right pair of airpods. It keeps stopping after few minutes. You put it back to charge box and then take out after a while and it works again and after few minutes it stops again. It seems like battery issue. But it's showing that battery of airpods are full. What can I do?

Airpods getting disconnected automatically eventhough there is sufficient charge During calls, the apple airpods get automatically disconnected eventhough there is sufficient charge. It is really annoying. Specially a brand like apple not able to fix this problem of users. It works fine when hearing the music. Kindly confirm what needs to be done. Regards Bijoy
