Scratch on new iPad purchase and received yesterday

Hi there! I have just received my brand new iPad but realised that there is a scratch at the bottom of the ipad. Is there any way to do an exchange for a brand new ipad?

If you purchased it from Apple online, you need to contact them.

scratch on protective film in allegedly new-in-box iPad Pro So I am a little OCD so this kind of thing bothers me a lot, and I wanted to see if anyone else had this experience. My new iPad is defective. To whom it may concern, I bought an iPad last Friday which is September 18th, and I checked that there was a scratch on the screen. I think the product is defective, and I want to exchange it for a new product. Sincerely, Seoyeong Kang
