Was this for a refund you requested for an item purchased from the App Store or iTunes Store? If so, and you are waiting on the refund it may take a few days to see those funds available. You can see more about the time line here: How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take


If this isn't regarding a refund request, let us know more about the claim you're referring to, and we'll go from there.
