Macbook is very bright and everything is delayed.

My dad decided to clean my computer and when it got back to me it seemed to have broke in some way. He said he had used glass cleaner to clean the screen. First off, the computer started to flash green, red, blue, and black. There was some sort of visible stain from inside the computer. Every time I would use it for more than 5 minutes it would start flashing the colors.

My current main issue right now is the screen. All the other ‘symptoms’ are gone at this time. The screen one day suddenly turned very bright and hard to read and everything I move on the screen is delayed and left with many copies of the item I’m moving. It’s incredibly hard to explain, so that’s why I am leaving a video for example. I’ve tried to search up my issue and how to solve it but since it’s so hard to summarize I can’t seem to find a way to put it exactly. Does anybody have any way to fix this?
