Strong password generator is not working well if you are changing periodically your password

I was changed my password in outlook.com and I used one of the suggestion from apple passwords, everything was great I change and summit my new strong password and then I try to login again but the random password it wasn't there, so I can't access to my account. Could anyone help me to find where is my password storage? (it is not in my keychain).
