iPhone freezing with emojis

My iPhone has been freezing every time I use emojis and will immediately close the application I’m in and deletes everything. It’s very annoying when it freezes for over 1-2 min. Sometimes before I’ve even used the emoji, just when I’ve gone on the keyboard. This is frustrating for me as I use emojis quite a bit as I work in social media & marketing and a simple post can take 40 mins instead of 1 trying to get back into the application after the phone is completely unresponsive for 2-3mins.

I have tried removing the keyboard, this works for about 1 min, I’ve also tried reinstalling my iOS, I need a better fix.

Thanks for posting. It's important to be able to reply on your iPhone, and I understand you're having some issues with the emoji keyboard on your iPhone.

Knowing that you've turned off the keyboard and reinstalled iOS is helpful. For clarification, is this happening with a specific social media app, or all apps? If it's happening in one app, I recommend making sure you've covered the steps here, including reinstalling the app: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open

If that doesn't help, reply back with an update. Be sure to include your specific iOS version and iPhone model, and whether you set the device up as new when you reinstalled iOS.
