iPhone X suddenly went black and won’t turn back on

My iPhone X suddenly went black after charging for a while. And now it won’t turn back on. Tried to hold the power button, nothing on the screen. Tried volume up, down and power button, still nothing. I don’t know what’s wrong? It was working fine when I plugged it in to charge. The charging cable works fine for my other iPhone. I’ve tried other cable too. Did not drop the phone or any water damage at all. I’ve just connected the phone to laptop’s iTunes, and it can’t find the phone at all... all apple stores here is closed because of the covid19, is there anything else I can try?
