Homekit Secure Video Issues?

I’m sure something that others have experienced with secure video and while I like the core capabilities it is lacking in some areas and wondered if others had solutions:

1. Notifications are difficult to set up to be relevant (either get every tiny movement or none at all)
2. Videos sometimes record without sound (record audio is enabled)
3. Sometimes videos don’t record (I have several long blocks of time without a recording when know there was motion)
4. Motion triggered automations are useless as it’s too sensitive (my automation that turns on outdoor lights triggers when said lites turn off)

I’d like to see the following enhancements:

1. Ability to record all motions but only be notified of when particular motion (eg people)
2. Zones to allow for further limitation of notifications
3. Ability to adjust motion sensitivity
