I'm trying to file a claim with Assurant for my stolen iPhone
I'm trying to file a report with Assurant because my iPhone was stolen two weeks ago. I've tried to start this process on the apple website several times and I'm met with this error message each time "We're Sorry. We're sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later". There is no other information so I am confused about what to do next.
