I know this topic has been discussed before but I couldn't find anything relating to my specific situation.
I order this tablet today and during setup I was unable to give it proper permissions in input monitoring.
I do have the app checked under Input Monitoring and in Accessibility, however, no matter how many times I restart my laptop, I still get the same message when I use the pen that I need to add Wacom IOManger to Input Monitoring.
How do I resolve this?
I do, but I figured it out!
I had to remove Wacom IoManger from accessibility, restart, re-add it and restart. Now my pen works perfectly.

Are you using the most recent Wacom drivers/software for your particular release of macOS? Sometimes that makes a difference, and other times, its that age old Wacom issue.
Oh okay. I have all the Wacom applications in both accessibility and input monitoring and have restarted but I still get the same message.
Even stranger, when I do Pen Settings in the Wacom Desktop Center it shows that I'm applying pressure, but the error message still pops up saying I need to set up permissions in Systems Preferences..
There are six boxes that need to be given permission before the tablet will work correctly.
Why do I need iProfiler, Open Emu and all the other non-Wacom programs?
You don't. I was highlighting the areas of the Security & Privacy pane where you'll find all of the Wacom entries that need to be enabled.
Ah. I had to do that under Mojave, too. Makes no sense to have to turn a box off and then back on, but it works.
