Apple id got disabled.

Actually, I have purchased a family sharing subscription in the Apple Music and I tried to add up my brother (who lives in different country) into that family. After I successfully added him to the family, his apple id got disabled and he can see on the display written that ‘TRUSTED DEVICES ARE NOT CONNECTED’. What should we do now ?

All family members must be using the same App Store/iTunes region.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.    


Have him contact iTunes Support.
