Apple news doesn’t allow me access my subscribed magazine.

I’m subscribed to National Geographic and I can’t have the subscription account signed in on Apple News. When I click on the option ‘Already subscribed to National Geographic?’

Apple News plus shows up an error request. Can someone help me with that?

This reply from another customer with the same issue is not helping.
