iPhone 7 saying an update is required to use cellular data?

My iPhone is up to date with the iOS 13.4.1 update but my it says error when I go to see my cellular data and when I click it, it says an update is required to use my cellular data on this iPhone? I have not yet got service on my phone because of this reason, I have. A SIMs card but it doesn’t work when I put it in. Pics below! Thanks!

You probably need to reach out to Apple using the Contact Support button in the upper right corner.
