Device Enrollment program for personal use

Is there any way to get a limited account for the DEP program so I can fully manage my families apple devices over an MDM? The issue is that I am not a business.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. You can have limited MDM ability using Family Sharing, Screen Time, and one of many parental control platforms such as FamilyTime.io, ScreenWise, NetNanny, or OurPact.

No, you can use ABM only when you have a registered business or a school. For managing your family’s Apple devices, you can use family sharing and other apps that are mentioned in the above answer.
