iPad Pro. Output to monitor via usb-c. Picture flickering.

iPad Pro. Output via usb-c to dock that then sends to hdmi and into external monitor.

Was working fine until today. Now picture is flickering on the monitor when connected.

The same output route via laptop to monitor still works fine.

Any help on cause and solutions would be appreciated.
