Apple Pay on web fails

So I’ve been trying to use my Apple Card with Apple Pay on a particular website and it keeps failing. I’ll hit the black Apple Pay button, the approval screen comes up, shipping is calculated, and I’ll select my Apple Card which is not default. I verify with Face ID but the transaction never completes. I’ve used my Apple Card on the companies normal shopping cart without issue, so I’m assuming it’s something about their implementation, but I wanted to make sure it’s not me and see if others have issues with Apple Pay.
