How can you access what is stored on iCloud and manage it

Whatever is stored on iCloud should already be accessible on your device. iCloud is a syncing service. It is not off device storage. If you want to see what is in iCloud, look in the apps that you use that sync with iCloud. If you want to see what is "stored" in the cloud, go to iCloud.com using a web browser on a computer.
